Analytics

Based on industry benchmarks and our experience. we use three sets of metrics:

  • Operational—how well does the app work: number of crash-free sessions, API reaction speed, and load time.
  • Behavioural—how does the customer use the app: customer journey, screens visited, key actions.
  • Business—how to measure effectiveness: LTV, ARPU, CPA and other abbreviations that make you look smart.

Operational metrics are the full responsibility of a production agency. Behavioural and Business metrics should be developed in close cooperation with client marketing. What metrics are really important? What tells us we're doing it right? What KPIs do investors want to see? In a perfect world, these questions should be answered even before development starts.

Once you define the metrics, we can now find the best tools to monitor them. Firebase, Adjust and Google Analytics are used on most of our projects, but this doesn't mean they are universal.

Business logic QA

LIME's team actively participated in the final stages of the project. We provided testing for quality control, and the client checked if everything worked according to cases of use and business processes. The client usually has a deeper understanding of how their business works, so it's a good practice to team up and make sure everything works as it should pre-release.

Security

As the app processes and stores client’s personal data, we use encryption protection along with 3D-secure principles.
